Official Contest Rules & Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

The "Sasquatch Sightings" Contest (the "Contest") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Employees of Sasquatch Carpet Cleaning, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

2. Sponsorship

The Contest is sponsored by Sasquatch Carpet Cleaning ("Sponsor"), located in Palmer Lake, Colorado.

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Contestant ("You") agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Sasquatch Carpet Cleaning as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest.

4. How to Enter

The Contest must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at sasquatchcarpet.com. The entry must fulfill all Contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sasquatch Carpet Cleaning.

Steps to Enter:

• Take a photo of a Sasquatch Carpet Cleaning branded truck.
• Scan the QR code on the truck or visit our website.
• Upload the photo and complete the entry form.

5. Prizes

• Immediate Incentive: Every valid entry receives a coupon for $20 off their next service. This will be delivered via SMS.
• Grand Prize: All valid entries are entered into a monthly drawing for a larger prize (e.g., Free Room of Carpet Cleaning, gift card, etc.). The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Sasquatch Carpet Cleaning.

No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Sasquatch Carpet Cleaning's discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. SMS Marketing Terms & Conditions

By entering the Contest and providing your phone number, you agree to the following terms regarding our SMS (Short Message Service) communications:

• Consent: You consent to receive automated promotional and informational text messages (e.g., contest updates, coupons, service reminders) from Sasquatch Carpet Cleaning at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at sasquatchcc719@gmail.com or 719-722-2628.
• Carriers: Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy & Data Sharing (The "Magic Clause")

Your privacy is critically important to us. We respect your personal information and use it only to administer the Contest and provide our services.

8. Rights Granted by You (User-Generated Content)

By submitting content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that Sasquatch Carpet Cleaning, anyone acting on behalf of Sasquatch Carpet Cleaning, and Sasquatch Carpet Cleaning’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Contest, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

By submitting a photo, You represent and warrant that You took the photo and own the rights to it, and that it does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

9. Terms & Conditions

Sasquatch Carpet Cleaning reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sasquatch Carpet Cleaning’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Sasquatch Carpet Cleaning and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

11. Disputes & Governing Law

THIS Contest IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND COLORADO, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Colorado having jurisdiction.
